Our area of neurological expertise lies within treating all key areas of Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease and brain/spinal cord injuries - any struggle with general mobility or specific limbs? We are here to help by putting together a full rehabilitation plan to achieve YOUR goals. There are numerous Respiratory conditions ranging from short to long term and here at Physio Sepcifix our team can aid all forms of secretion removal, breathing exercises, postural drainage and we pride ourselves on our hands on percussion techniques. What most people forget is that Physiotherapy is a great tool to use as a PREVENTION method not just to cure a problem. Remember that 'twinge' in your ankle whilst running? - instead of coming to us to FIX the problem (which often takes longer), come to us for an assessment and we can stop future potential injuries from occurring. It is also recommended that regular maintenance of the body with massage and acupuncture can help with stress, relaxation and general homeostasis of the body. Allowing us to function in general day-to-day life more efficiently and without discomfort! We have a home visit service, which allows us to come to your home and provide treatment in a friendly and convenient environment. Our therapists use a comfortable portable plinth to ensure we are able to provide the same high quality treatment in your own home!
As we provide a mobile service it means for those of you who may struggle to get to the clinic - we are able to come to you! (This includes: neurological conditions, elderly mobility and general rehabilitation). Please do contact us to chat more about how this works for you. Our clinic has the luxury of overlooking the beautiful open countryside. Set within a private setting surrounded by all that nature has to offer. Our treatment room is welcoming and private to ensure the privacy and dignity of our clients. There is a separate washroom and change facility. What better way to recuperate those aching bodies and minds!

All appointments require a full assessment to begin with which usually lasts for 1 hour(approx). We will always provide a form of treatment during the first appointment and every appointment thereafter will be follow-up treatment.
If you would like a longer appointment you can discuss this with us, alternatively certain treatments are only 30mins - we will discuss this with you after your initial assessment. Appointments by arrangement ONLY. |
